• Clean blinds and windowsills

• Spot clean sliding glass door

• Dust wall hangings and pictures

• Vacuum/spot clean upholstery

• Vacuum underneath cushions

• Dust and polish wood furniture

• Dust baseboards

• Vacuum carpet

• Treat & clean hardwood/laminate floors

• Mop tile floors

• Wipe down fans

• Dust light fixtures

• Clean light switches

• Tidy rooms

• Empty trash

• Remove any personal items left by guest and inform you

• Survey entire home and inform you of any missing or broken property

In addition to the general services listed, these services will be performed in the kitchen:

• Sanitize countertops

• Clean backsplashes

• Polish sink

• Clean microwave interior

• Clean cabinet fronts

• Wipe clean table & chairs

• Paper towels – one full roll

• Dish soap

• Dishwasher detergent

• Dish sponge

• Trash bags (starter supply)

• Launder and replace all sheets

• Make bed

• Spot clean bedspread

• Polish mirrors

• Sanitize counter tops

• Sanitize faucet and sink

• Clean cabinet exteriors

• Wipe out all drawers and shelves

• Toilet papers (3 per bath)

• Kleenex, bath soap, body wash

• Hospitality size shampoo, lotion and bar soap

• Refill liquid hand soap

• Trash liners (starter supply)

• Clean railings top and bottom

• Sweep lanai

• Mop tile lanai

• Clean furniture

• Straighten area

In addition to the general services that apply, these services will be performed in the entry area:

• Sweep and tidy entire entry area in front of door or front lanai

• Vacuum or clean welcome mat
