CUSTOM CLEANING. Different homes have different needs. We welcome the opportunity to provide the perfect service for you and your home. Complimentary walk-through and estimate for additional services and to learn any specific products or methods you prefer or for additional services.

ROTATING DEEP CLEANING. Some owners prefer a one-item deep cleaning add-on at each cleaning. With this deep cleaning rotation, areas of concern are addressed on an on going basis and your home always is in tip-top shape. This type of deep cleaning can substitute for one bi-annual deep cleaning per year. One separate deep cleaning is still suggested at least once a year in addition to rotating deep cleaning. WINDOW WASHING. Monthly or bi-annual window washing is available with your regular cleaning. Free estimates.

DAILY OR MID-STAY MAID SERVICE. Light cleaning and tidying complete with fresh sheets and towels to be performed mid day during a guest’s stay. Price for mid-stay
service is about two thirds of the regular cleaning. Daily service with linens every third day is about half regular price.

DEEP CLEANING. Includes oven cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, repairs, etc. Estimate will be sent for approval prior to any work performed.
